No, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order, no matter the size or how many items are in your cart.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability.
What happens if my item is delayed, lost, or damaged?
All orders come with purchase protection. If anything goes wrong in transit, just let us know. We’ll make it right.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping. Contact us to start the return process.
What if my item is out of stock after ordering?
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll reach out with two options:
– Wait for restock (we’ll provide a delivery estimate), or
– Get a full refund immediately
Can I check out as a guest?
