Shipping Details

– Nature Notes applies a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 per order, regardless of quantity or size.

– Orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

– Items may be delivered in multiple packages, as we source from several trusted vendors.

All shipments are covered by purchase protection. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we’ll ensure a suitable replacement or refund is issued.

Returns and Refunds

Nature Notes allows returns within 14 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions:

– Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging or documentation.

– If the product shows signs of use or damage, the buyer accepts that the return may be declined.

– Nature Notes will inspect the returned items to confirm eligibility before any refund is processed. Once Nature Notes confirms that the returned items are in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product(s) returned.

– If the customer returns the entire order, Nature Notes will refund the product amount only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

– If only part of the order is returned, a refund will be issued only for the returned items, excluding original shipping costs.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us via our Contact Page before sending your items back to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Refund Processing Time

The time required for a refund depends on your payment method:

– Credit or Debit Card: Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of return approval.

– PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours of return approval.

In all cases, Nature Notes will issue refunds within 14 calendar days of being notified of your decision to return.

Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll notify you promptly and offer the following options:

– Wait for the item to be restocked (with an estimated delivery date), or

– Receive a full refund for the unavailable item.

Promotions and Bundled Products

For promotional offers that include an additional product (e.g., “2 for 1,” “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”), all items received as part of the promotion must be returned.

Returns that exclude any promotional items will not be accepted.

Product Exchanges

Nature Notes does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product:

– Follow the return process for the unwanted item(s), and

– Place a new order for the desired product(s).
