Created using “unlevel” dying in beautiful hues for a textured spectrum of color, this gorgeous rug featuring beatiful leaves is handcrafted with natural materials in the tradition of old-fashioned “hooked” rugmaking. This classic process involves recycling old fabrics by cutting them into thin strips and hooking them piece by piece, one loop at a time, through burlap or other recycled material. Because of the handmade nature of this process, and the dying style, this rug has depth of color as well as variation from piece to piece.
